On 29th April 2018, Mr. Gerald Ettinger, Global Pet care Marketing Manager of Neovia Group visited the largest dog training and racing Center in Ba Ria Vung Tau, one of the key customers of Ganador brand.
We really had a good opportunity to visit a breeding area of 600 racing dogs, puppy area, veterinary clinic and training area. Gerald, through this visit, has provided useful advice on nutrition and diseases as well as special care for Greyhound.
The visit of the senior staff in charge of pet care from Corporate show our respect, customer centricity and proximity oriented. This is a good chance for company to meet and listen to customers’ opinions in order to better know their expectations as well as to tighten the strategic long-term cooperation between the two sides.
More information about the training & racing center and about Greyhound
Since its establishment in 1999, the 10 hectares Dog Training Center is considered one of the largest breeding and training centers in Southeast Asia. Greyhounds were originally bred as hunting dogs to chase hare, foxes, and deer. Not surprisingly, Greyhounds made a name for themselves as racing dogs and are still used in racing today. On the track, they are very brave but they are really gentle, people love them for their sweet, mild nature. To ensure the fitness and not gain weight, the “menu” of Greyhound is quite special and must be strictly complied. Therefore Ganador’s products meet all of the highest nutritional requirements for this breed and are indispensable in daily diets alongside some other dietary supplements. They also receive special care and train in a professional way: from 4 – 8 months to run short breaks, to pursue prey, after 8 months began with “lesson” heavier: run on the track, get used to the race, get used to the lights and noise to not be frightened by the exciting atmosphere of the real race. From 14 months onwards, the dogs that meet the requirements will be taken to the Lam Son Stadium to compete.
