OPERATION CEREMONY OF PRODUCTION LINE No. 2 AND 4 SILOS

On 6th Dec 2017, Neovia Vietnam organized “Operation Ceremony of Production line number 2 and 4 silos” at Dong Thap plant. Attending the ceremony included the Codir members, Commercial team of the Western provinces, Cambodia sales team, staff from Binh Duong office and the whole staff of the Dong Thap factory.

Officially put into operation in early of 2013 with capacity of 200,000 tons per year, Deltamoi project is planned to deploy at Dong Thap Factory in two phases:

  • Phase 1: Installation production line No. 2 to increase production capacity 200,000 tons per year as well as automatic packaging and robot to maximize production efficiency in last February this year.
  • Phase 2: 4 silos and jetty No. 3 have just been completed and put into operation in November. The bulk material is transported by the lighter and received at the new dock, then transferred directly through the jetty to the silo. Each silo contains about 2,000 tons depending on each type of material

The ceremony took place in a cozy atmosphere between Codir and the entire staff. By the way, Mr. Christophe Guillaume – General Director of Neovia Vietnam sent his sincere thanks to some special individuals who have contributed for Dong Thap Plant for many years since his first day going there for site inspection 10 years ago. And Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tam – Plant Director is among who has great contribution to the development of the factory, to make it one of the most modern and beautiful plants of Corporate in Asia.

Reaching this high level of equipment the plant in now ready to grow in term of volume and performance. It is entering into a continuous improvement phase to support this growth.

Located on a very prime position, close to the Dua – Nha Man river with convenient transportation in both road and waterway, Dong Thap Plant is now producing livestock and poultry feed with capacity 8,500 tons/ month serving for Western regions as well as export to Cambodia market.
